But Laura doesn&#8217;t see it that way.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;I couldn&#8217;t be more excited about joining the brilliant team at Zepto,&#8221; said Laura.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;They have created something truly special, and there&#8217;s an incredible opportunity in front of us. Zepto&#8217;s trusted, world-class technology opens up a unique set of access points to Australia&#8217;s payments infrastructure. We are changing the way value moves through the economy and redefining the future of business payments,&#8221; she added.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Laura is the first\u00a0C-Suite\u00a0appointment at Zepto since\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/australianfintech.com.au\/zepto-promotes-julia-bearzatto-to-chief-product-officer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Julia Bearzatto was named Chief Product Officer<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0in November 2022, and joins at a time where the company is growing into an increasingly enterprise customer-focused space.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;We are thrilled to welcome Laura to Zepto&#8217;s leadership team,&#8221; said CEO Chris Jewell.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;It&#8217;s exciting to tap into the experience Laura gained driving global strategy at Goldman Sachs through a period of transformation, and leading Rokt&#8217;s finance function and funding strategy through hyper growth and international expansion. In late 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/australianfintech.com.au\/aussie-payments-disruptor-zepto-crowned-nsw-business-of-the-year-for-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Zepto was named Business NSW&#8217;s 2022\u00a0Business of the Year<\/strong><\/span><\/a>,\u00a0launched into New Zealand, and was approved to onboard to the New Payments Platform (NPP) as a<a href=\"https:\/\/analytics.palink.co\/tracker\/link\/pa174451f94c3b4bbd2eb95a725f54e897?token=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuemVwdG8uY29tLmF1L3BheXRvLw==\">\u00a0<\/a>PayTo\u00a0payment initiator directly connecting to Australia&#8217;s real-time rails.
