Profenso adds fintech executive Vinnie D’Alessandro to its leadership team
Profenso, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) startup, today announced the appointment of Vinnie D’Alessandro (pictured) as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), marking a significant step in the company’s growth strategy. Vinnie brings over 25 years of commercial experience, including notable roles as Chief Product Officer & Chief Technology Officer at Change Financial and Board Member of Fintech Australia, along with a proven track record in driving innovation and global expansion.

Vinnie D’Alessandro is widely recognised for his strategic leadership and ability to commercialise products across a broad range of sectors. His extensive experience spans ASX-listed companies and startups, where he has excelled in people leadership, product development, technology, sales, marketing, and corporate governance. Vinnie’s entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in his founding of Raishio, a technology and fintech consulting business, co-founding Gifting Owl, as well as his executive roles at Silver Chef, and Change Financial.
In his new role as CCO at Profenso, Vinnie will be responsible for driving the company’s commercial strategy, overseeing global growth initiatives, and ensuring the successful commercialisation of Profenso’s AI-infused solutions.
