The objective is to make co-ownership easy and accessible via its innovative online platform that supports buyers through the end-to-end home purchase transaction and in managing ongoing co-ownership.

Co-operty digitises the experience of co-ownership and documents the broader occupancy and financial arrangements in a smart, flexible Co-ownership Agreement that provides greater assurance and optionality for each co-owner. The company partners with mortgage brokers, financial planners, property services and other businesses that help people on their home ownership journey.
