Homely launch new social media audience boosting product Homely Promoter
Homely.com.au have announced the launch of a new social media audience boosting product, Homely Promoter.
Homely Promoter is an advanced new social media amplification tool that uses machine learning to provide agents with unmatched customisation, access and traffic from high-intent buyers and renters in the market. Developed in collaboration with an award-winning international technology partner, Homely Promoter is different to its competitors as it has been built to balance customisation with scalable ad serving.
“Meta tells us people spend upwards of 3-4 hours a day on social media but only around 1 hour on portals. A beta test of Homely Promoter across a number of agent offices reflected an average of 5x more views to listings on Homely, with some listings reaching 35x more views.
“We’ve spent time perfecting this marketing tool for reach and frequency. This has shown to be very effective in driving more listing views,” McEniry said.
Homely Promoter enables agents to create automated feature listing ads, published straight to social media platforms. Advanced targeting capabilities ensure they reach property seekers where they spend their time. This also boosts traffic, retargeting and can increase lead conversion rates.
The tool leverages both first-party and third-party data to ensure that agents get the most out of their listings, without having to do any of the heavy lifting — including design.
